Making of, first look. Ten decisions from the preparation of a film that isn't finished yet.
01 · Light
Morning sun through haze, milky sky. No flares, no hard light on faces.
02 · Look
Every frame prompted as a 35mm anamorphic film still on Kodak Vision3. Never “photorealistic”.
03 · Location
HQ: a converted old firehouse. Red brick, cream stone bands, three arches.
04 · Suburb
A lived-in Southern California suburb. No palm trees, no pure white. The British and Mediterranean versions were cut.
05 · Wardrobe
Cyclist kit, not biker leather. The H sits over the heart.
06 · Props
The hydration tube, sipped like a cigarette. The water rises like smoke.
07 · Bikes
One e-bike in six colours, one per rider.
08 · Tools
Each tool does one job: Gemini edits, FLUX reframes, Seedance moves, DaVinci unifies.
09 · Logo
The logo on the arch isn't generated. It's tracked in Fusion; generating it warped the image.
10 · Sound
Zero engine hum. The music cuts on the pips, and the silence is the joke.
